✨ Meet your facilitator ✨

Sandrine is a Certified Tantra Teacher and Sacred Sexuality Coach and , and she is the co-founder London Tantra and the Corfu Tantra Festival.

She is here to walk with you every step of the way. With a blend of cutting-edge neuroscience and the ancient wisdom of Tantra, Taoism, and mindfulness, she creates a sacred space for you to return to your true essence and magnificence.

✨ What to expect ✨

Tantra is a magnificent spiritual transmission, grounded in meditation, that involves many different practices such a breathwork, movement, sound, rituals, shadow work, energy work, etc.

Practices might be individual, with a partner or with a group. You're always welcome to practice on your own only or with your own partner only. Every step is by invitation.

This is an introduction series, so the level of physical intimacy with other participants you'll be invited to might include eye gazing, conscious touch and hugs.

✨ What to bring ✨

• Wear something you love and feel good and comfortable in
• Preferably with warm layers as there will be both movement and lying down
• You'll be offer purified water, small healthy snacks and a variety of teas at the venue

We're holding a safe, conscious, confidential, supporting, sober space for everyone to go as deep as they feel like. Every step of every practice is by invitation, you have full agency over your experience.

Everybody 18+ is warmly welcome, alone, with a partner, with friends, first timers, advanced practitioners.

There will be no nudity in the group room.
